Toxics Free Australia is a not for profit, civil society network working towards pollution reduction, protection of environmental health and environmental justice for all. As the Australian focal point for the International Pollution Elimination Network (IPEN), we are committed to creating a Toxics-Free Future and working towards the full implementation of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants and other global chemical conventions such as the Minamata Convention (Mercury), the Basel Convention (hazardous waste exports), the Rotterdam Convention (chemicals and pesticides) and the new Global Treaty on Plastic.
